Shipping/Membership Policy

Once order received, products will be shipped within 2 days for ready-to-us products and upto 30 days for customised product. excluding delivered period which is within 7 to 15 working days, all order may vary to manufacture and shipped as most orders are made-to-order, customised orders delivery schedule will be notified within 3 days of confirmations of order or processes by the buyer, delivery schedule is mentioned on most product pages.

Cancellation Policy

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot or the before time in which your product or part of it is in production. You can submit a cancellation request by contacting our customer service through your account or on email. In such case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order in full or on a pro-rata basis. Order(s) can only be cancelled by paying cancellation charges or else the order will be processed and no refund will be made/complete Invoice value will be charged.

Cancellation Charges : Rs. 900 or 2% of the work value whichever is high.

Return Policy

Product can be returned within 2 days after receipt of order limited to manufacturing defects only. To place a return request, please write an email to [email protected]

Refund Policy

Once the order is cancelled or returned, a refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days. we will refund any payments already made by you for the order in full or on a pro-rata basis, deduction of payment gateway fee and taxes might apply as actual.
